I hate that the L is doing its best to restore the old "Fix it again Tony" reputation that Fiat deservedly earned way back when they were in the US before. I knew no good would come of being built in the old Yugo factory.

I hate to say it, but it's the next PT Cruiser.

It looks more and more like the Fat Bastard version of the normal 500 for some reason...

Good observation. Very similar is size and packaging and utility, but the looks aren't there. This thing has been a major flop compared to the PT. They would kill for the buzz/sales that the PT got when it was launched.

I see one of these for like every 50 normal 500s I see. And it's usually a dealer loaner vehicle. It's a hideous thing.
And yet my girlfriend likes it...

Also, I like your Bimmer 2002/grill username.

There's one in my parking garage, so needless to say, I see one way more often than I care to.

Dang. I've been meaning to post a review I wrote up about the 500L for about two months, just haven't felt like it. I do think red with the black roof is the best color combo for this car.

But wasn't the PT popular at one point?
